What is the management agenda of today's company?

1. Corporate sustainability
2. Talent Management
3. Knowledge Management

Each of these items is interrelated. Treating any one of them as a separate and individual issue may lead to strategic incoherence. They need to be handled in an integrated manner and treated as a strategic imperative. If your company is concerned with growth and the building of sustainable competitive advantages, you need to adopt a holistic approach in managing and leveraging the most important asset of your company, that is,  the knowledge in your company. Knowledge is rooted in your employees (talent), and is a reliable source of sustainable development of your business. It is also the source of innovation.

What is your company’s knowledge management strategy?

Knowledge is the most asset in today’s company. Companies successfully deploying this factor of production have been found to be excellent in leveraging their intellectual capital (IC) as well as being a learning organisation. The management of knowledge ‘assets’ takes on both a tactical (operational) and strategic dimensions, for which corporate strategy plays a particularly important role in determining the outcomes of any KM initiatives contemplated in a company.
